For those who don’t want to go fully vegan, I recommend taking “Meatless Monday” one step further by choosing a vegetarian or vegan meal once per day. After shutting down their test kitchen on Galt Ocean Mile, Green Bar Kitchen continues to offer all vegan fare at their flagship location on SE 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale. I was really excited to find out about Moon Cheese because I’m always looking for protein rich snacks to eat between meals while I’m at work. Many of the pre-packaged snacks available on the market today such as crackers, chips, you name it, are full of empty carbs.
