Kale, spinach, cucumbers, carrots, apples, and strawberries.
This juice was right up my alley, the perfect balance of both fruit and veggies.
Appetizers
Baked, garlic, parmesan, egg whites, topped with shredded skim milk mozzarella. (GF) (VEG) Under 295 cal.
These were pretty awesome, I’ve never had anything like this before but would totally order them again or even try making them at home as an alternative to mozzerella sticks or bread sticks.
Diced rare tuna, hot sweet chili sauce, sliced avocados, served with cucumber rounds. (GF) Under 340 cal.
Fresh and delicious! I like the use of cucumbers as a delivery method and the not-too-hot sweet chili sauce.
Salads
Mixed greens, strawberries, walnuts, goat cheese, mushrooms, red onions, house vinaigrette. (GF) (VEG) Under 500 cal.
Mixed greens, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, craisins, dried apricots, gorgonzola, house vinaigrette. (GF) (VEG) Under 585 cal.
This was my favorite salad – loved all the nuts and dried fruit. Keep in mind that nuts and dried fruit are calorie dense and one must pay close attention to portion size on these.
Entrees
Rice Noodles, diced chicken, thai peanut sauce, raw carrots, raw bean sprouts, cilantro, crushed peanuts. Under 745 cal.
This was one of my favorite entrees offered although it is a but higher on the caloric spectrum.
Pasta shaped zucchini, sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, homemade pesto sauce. (GF) (VEG) under 385 Cal.
(GF) (P) Under 330 cal.
If you are craving something hardy but watching your calories, then this is the dish for you! ATTN Crossfitters – it’s paleo!
Desserts
Almond butter cookies- almond butter, raw turbinado sugar, baking soda, egg whites and chocolate chips.
Gluten free choc cake/brownies- gluten free all purpose flour, raw cocoa, egg whites, vanilla, canola oil, water, baking powder, raw turbinado
Raw bars – homemade almond butter and date paste, chia, almonds, walnuts, vanilla, pumpkin seeds, raw protein, vegan choc chips, coconut flakes, almond milk
The raw bars were a hit among my fellow bloggers during our tasting. We were also very impressed that all the desserts are made in house.
Acai Bowls

I loved the almond butter & blueberry combo. Featuring deep purple acai naturally sweetened by blending with some mango.
