Go Coastal at 3 Natives – Fresh Food & Drink in Boca Raton, Florida

After following 3 Natives on social media for a couple years, always with the intention of taking a day trip up north and paying a visit, I learned that 3 Natives Boca Raton has opened its doors at 1200 Yamato Road! The restaurant specializes in fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, wraps and salads, as well as juice cleanses.

The Boca Raton 3 Natives franchise is owned by local residents Amanda Folsom and Mike Christie.  As the name suggests, the team behind 3 Natives enjoys the active coastal lifestyle that Boca Raton offers but noticed there was not a casual restaurant serving the fresh, healthy meals that they craved.3 Natives Boca Raton will cater to working professionals and local families looking for a fast and fresh meal.

“Boca Raton, with its proximity to beaches, multiple fitness centers and universities, embodies the healthy 3 Natives Lifestyle,” said Ms. Folsom. Christie added, “We have received tremendous enthusiasm in the community and we are looking forward to providing Boca Raton locals with fresh, healthy and delicious meals and juices.”

All of the items on 3 Natives Boca Raton’s menu are made in-house and locally sourced when available. The cold-pressed juices are popular among locals on the run.  With names like Florida Fire and Black Lemonade, 3 Natives Boca Raton combines fresh ingredients packed with nutritional value into delicious and colorful glass bottles. 3 Natives Boca Raton also offers creative variations of acai bowls, including “The Local,” which is served with acai, granola, banana, strawberry, blueberry, and McCoy’s honey.

From the moment you walk in the door, you can already smell the fresh produce!

Curry Chicken Salad – Romaine, Purple Cabbage, Carrot, Red Pepper, Cucumber, Tomato, Sunflower Sprouts, Soy Ginger Dressing, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

This salad became an instant favorite of mine. At first I wasn’t sure how the soy ginger dressing would go with the curry chicken – but it was great! I really appreciate the cut used on all the vegetables, everything was sized appropriately. I can’t stand it when I order a salad (or anything else for that matter) and there are awkward sized chunks of vegetables. Added bonus: spiralized cucumber!

Black Lemonade – Activated Charcoal, Lemon & Raw Cane Sugar

Okay, so you’re probably wondering do you taste the activated charcoal? The answer is no. The black lemonade just tasted like a lightly sweetened lemonade. Some people use activated charcoal for gas & bloating, others use it to clean their teeth!

Mango-Avocado Toast

This was a really nice spin on avocado toast. The mango really brightened up the dish and was nicely seasoned to cut the sweetness.

The Chronic – organic acai, granola, banana, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, McCoy’s Honey, (substituted with chia seeds instead of shaved coconut)

The angle I took this photo at makes the acai bowl look really big, but it was regular size. Even such, I would sill recommend sharing it as it may be a lot of fruit for one sitting. The granola is the layer between the acai and the fruit, by the way.

3 Natives is the perfect addition to Boca Raton and I am so glad to have checked it out. I will definitely be back!
