Brunch on the Farm with Swank Speciality Produce in Loxahatchee, FL – MyWelless RD

After hearing about the epic farm style events that take place at Swank, and seeing Swank Speciality Produce proudly featured countless times on restaurant menus, I was really excited to experience it for myself!

The theme for this brunch we attended was Reggae Morning, featuring Chef Michael Hackman of Aioli Restaurant in West Palm Beach.

Guests are invited to participate in a farm tour lead by owners Darrin and Jodi Swank, or simply wander around the fields to see a true farm in action before taking their seats in the stunning custom designed pole barn. Live music fills the space with sounds provided by some of South Florida’s favorite local bands.

Brunch kicked off with small yet rich bites such as this mini jalapeno buttermilk biscuit with pimento cheese.

Other small bites included avocado toast, sou vide farm egg ,and parmesan grits with candied bacon. Plus, a welcome cocktail. OH MY – how delicious!

Each Swank Table family-style event unites several of the area’s top chefs with mixologists and breweries for an unforgetting evening on their organic 20 acre farm. Swank Table celebrations feature an all-inclusive, all-local meal incorporating product from partner farms, brews, wine, of course, plenty of delicious just picked Swank Farm vegetables. ❤
New this season are four truly magnificent brunches. Brunch at Swank Farms is a family affair, so they will have a selection of kid friendly activities to keep the younger ones active and occupied, including an Easter Egg hunt on Easter Sunday, while the adults sip on unlimited mimosas, bloody Marys and craft beers. There are only 2 brunches left for the 2018 season, see the schedule at the bottom of this post!

Yes, that’s right: UNLIMITED bloody marys and mimosas.

A hearty way to end the meal with a flavorful spin on the middle eastern dish of egg based shakshuka.

Bite sized in case you don’t have much room for dessert. 😉

An event on Swank Farms has shown to be a treat for guests. The price may be considered steep by some, but it is well worth experiencing at least once.
